How do wallets and currencies work? +

You can create wallets in different currencies. Reports show values per currency instead of merging unrelated currencies into one fake number.

What is a trust wallet? +

A trust wallet separates money you manage for someone else inside a main wallet, with its own transactions, reports, and sharing.

Can I share only a trust account? +

Yes. When enabled, a trust account can be shared with independent permissions without sharing the full main wallet.

How do I share a wallet, debt, or list? +

Create a link with permissions such as view, add, or edit. You can copy, disable, or delete it depending on permissions.

Can share notifications be controlled? +

Yes. Supported shares can control owner or participant alerts for create, update, and delete activity.

Can I attach files? +

Yes, supported screens can accept images, PDFs, videos, audio, or documents with preview and download depending on platform.

How do debts and installments work? +

Record money owed to you or by you, add payments, increases, installments, attachments, and due dates.

What are custom task lists? +

You can create normal or custom task lists with different fields, permissions, and optional wallet-linked financial fields.

How does My Occasions work? +

It stores occasions, birthdays, relationships, reminders, greetings, countdowns, and birth-date info where available.

What is the difference between budgets and goals? +

A budget is a spending limit for a period. A financial goal is an amount you want to save, reach, or repay over time.

What is My Notebook? +

My Notebook is a private space for notes, links, files, audio, and images, with optional conversion into app records after review.

How do documents work? +

Documents organize files into lists and folders, with permission-based sharing, attachments, and links when enabled.

What are social gifts? +

Social gifts record gifts, courtesies, people, ledgers, and social reports. Naming can adapt to the user country and culture.

What are money circles? +

Money circles organize member contributions or cycles, payments, states, and reports. They are not a banking service.

What are valuables for? +

Valuables record important possessions with photos, estimated values, attachments, and reminders.

How do warranties work? +

Warranties store product, receipt, warranty dates, expiry alerts, and maintenance reminders.

Can I create a public profile or QR? +

When enabled, profile tools can create a public page, links, services, contact form, and QR. Public content can be seen by visitors.

What is My Will? +

My Will is limited read-only emergency access for trusted people after inactivity conditions and review. It is not a legal or Islamic will.

Can I export or import data? +

When enabled, you can export reports or files and import data. Exported files may contain sensitive information and should be stored securely.

Does the app support app lock or item locks? +

Yes. When enabled, app lock and item privacy rely on device security and app privacy settings.

Can phone widgets show data? +

Widgets may show safe summaries or shortcuts. Privacy settings should be configured to avoid sensitive exposure.

Are currency or gold rates official? +

No. Rates, when enabled, are informational estimates from a provider or manual settings and are not financial advice.

How do notifications work? +

Qershnat may send in-app, push, email, or WhatsApp notifications depending on admin and account settings. Many preferences can be controlled in settings.

Are there ads? +

Ads may appear in defined placements. Impression and click data is measured in aggregate, and advertisers do not receive your personal data.

Can I delete my account? +

You can request account deletion from the app or support according to policy. Limited operational logs may remain for security and audit.

What is Qershnat Hush? +

A temporary secret-message link that can expire by time, view count, or after first view.

Does the AI assistant execute immediately? +

Sensitive actions require review and confirmation. Text, voice, or images are analyzed to help create or update records accurately.
