Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 28 Aug 2026, 02:35 AM

1

App identity

These terms apply to the Qershnat / قرشنات app and website. App name: Qershnat / قرشنات.

Official website: https://qershnat.com. Contact and support: info@qershnat.app. Continuing to use Qershnat means you accept these terms according to the features available to your account.

2

Acceptance and scope

By using Qershnat on the website or mobile app, you agree to use it as an organization and tracking tool, not as a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

These terms cover the app, web version, guest access, public share links, notifications, and any feature available in your version of the service.

3

Accounts, login, and local mode

You are responsible for providing accurate profile data such as name, email, phone, country, default currency, and timezone because they affect notifications, reports, dates, and sync.

Some local or guest features may work without an account. Features that require a verified account, internet, or secure sharing may be hidden or show a connection/sign-in screen.

You are responsible for protecting your device, passcode, and any biometric unlock enabled on it.

4

Wallets, transactions, categories, and currencies

You can create wallets in different currencies, record income, expenses, and transfers, add notes and attachments, and view reports by period, category, and wallet.

Amounts and reports rely on the data you enter. Multi-currency summaries show values per currency and do not imply official currency conversion unless explicitly enabled.

Category rules help organize transactions automatically, but you remain responsible for reviewing the final category.

5

Debts and installments

The debts section helps you record money owed to you or by you, track payments, increases, attachments, due dates, and installment schedules.

Qershnat is not a debt collection service and does not guarantee repayment; it only provides tracking, reminders, and a clear history of records you enter.

6

Tasks and custom lists

You can create task lists, custom fields, reminders, attachments, and financial tasks linked to wallets when enabled.

Completing a financial task may create a linked transaction after confirmation, and reopening the task may reverse that linked effect where supported.

7

My Occasions

My Occasions helps you store birthdays, memories, relationships, reminders, greeting messages, and greeting cards.

Zodiac, birthstone, and countdown information is informational or entertainment-only and should not be treated as deterministic guidance.

8

Budgets and financial goals

Budgets and financial goals help you monitor spending limits and saving or repayment targets based on linked transactions, categories, and wallets.

Forecasts and alerts are estimates based on recorded data and are not binding financial advice.

9

Subscriptions and recurring bills

You can organize recurring bills and subscriptions, due dates, reminders, and mark items as paid with a financial transaction after confirmation or according to your settings.

You are responsible for reviewing the bill amount, date, and wallet before recording payment or enabling automatic transaction creation.

10

Qershnat Hush

Qershnat Hush lets you create temporary secret-message links with text, image, audio, or video depending on admin settings.

Links are not sent automatically. You are responsible for sharing the link only with the intended recipient. A message may expire by time, views, or destruction after viewing.

11

Qershnat Ahd

Qershnat Ahd is a tool for documenting personal financial promises between two parties with a review link, acceptance or dispute, and payment history.

Ahd is for organization and reminders only. It is not a legal contract, debt collection service, loan, or regulated financial product.

12

Trust wallets

Trust wallets help separate money you manage for another person inside your wallet, with dedicated transactions, reports, and sharing for that trust account.

You remain responsible for describing the trust correctly, setting permissions, and recording accurate activity. Qershnat does not decide ownership of funds or replace family or legal agreements.

13

My Notebook and smart notes

My Notebook stores notes, links, files, voice, and images, and may help convert selected content into a transaction, task, or record after your review.

You are responsible for the text and files you add and for reviewing any suggestion before accepting it in the app.

14

Documents and lists

Documents organize files, lists, folders, and permission-based sharing, and may support expiry alerts or access links depending on settings.

Only share documents with intended people and review permissions before activating a link or invitation.

15

Social gifts

Social gifts helps record gifts, courtesies, people, ledgers, statistics, and related reports.

Names, values, and reports are organizational only and depend on what you enter. They do not create a legal obligation for any party.

16

Money circles

Money circles help organize member contributions or cycles, join states, payments, and optional links to wallets, occasions, and documents.

The feature is for organization and tracking only. It is not banking, collection guarantee, or licensed money management.

17

Valuables and warranties

You can record valuables, warranties, purchases, expiry dates, attachments, and reminders when these tools are enabled.

Estimated values or reminders are organizational and do not represent a formal valuation or guarantee by Qershnat.

18

Warranty reminders

Warranties help store receipts, photos, warranty documents, purchase dates, expiry dates, alerts, and optional purchase transactions.

Checking warranty terms and acceptance by the seller or manufacturer remains your responsibility.

19

Public profile and public links

Qershnat may let you create a public profile, links page, QR code, or contact form according to settings and the information you publish.

Anything you make public may be visible to visitors, so review text, images, and links before publishing.

20

My Will and emergency access

My Will, when enabled, helps configure limited read-only emergency access for trusted people after inactivity conditions and review.

It is not an Islamic or legal will, and guardians cannot edit, see your password, or transfer money through it.

21

Import, export, and reports

You may export or import data and reports when the feature is enabled. Exported files may contain sensitive personal or financial data.

Keep files secure and share them only with trusted people. You are responsible for checking import files before uploading them.

22

App lock

App lock helps reduce unintended access to your data on the device using device passcode or available biometrics.

This protection also depends on your device and operating system security, and does not replace account and device protection.

23

Item locks

Item locks or hiding help protect selected records inside wallets, documents, occasions, or notebook where supported.

You are responsible for choosing which items to protect and reviewing privacy settings on your device.

24

Widgets

Widgets may show safe summaries or shortcuts on the device home screen according to admin and device settings.

Widget data appears according to privacy settings, so configure what fits your device and environment.

25

Guide videos and tours

Guide videos or tours may appear to explain pages and features. Guidance content helps you use the app and does not change your data unless you perform an action yourself.

26

Currencies, gold, and rates

When rates are enabled, Qershnat may show estimated currency, gold, silver, or conversion rates from an external provider or manual settings.

Rates are informational only, not official pricing or investment advice. Check the source before making financial decisions.

27

Qershnat Business

Qershnat Business, when enabled, provides tools for managing a store, services, orders, or business content linked to your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of products, services, prices, and contact details shown to visitors or customers.

28

Salefny and optional services

Salefny and optional services appear only when enabled by administration and according to their own rules, and may require identity checks, documents, or admin approval.

Qershnat does not guarantee request acceptance and does not replace separate service terms or legal obligations.

29

AI assistant, WhatsApp, voice, and images

The AI assistant may analyze text, voice, or images to extract a transaction, task, debt, occasion, or report, and it shows a review before sensitive actions inside the app.

Selected inputs may be processed by an AI, OCR, or speech-to-text provider. Do not send information you do not want analyzed.

30

Sharing and permissions

Share links work according to permissions set by the owner, such as view, create, update, delete, or complete.

Only share links with intended people. Owners can revoke, delete, or change permissions where supported.

31

Attachments and files

The app may allow images, PDFs, videos, audio, or documents depending on the page and admin settings.

You must not upload harmful, illegal, or unauthorized files. Files may be stored locally or in cloud storage depending on system settings.

32

Notifications, email, WhatsApp, and in-app messages

Qershnat may send operational notifications, reminders, welcome messages, share alerts, support messages, or admin broadcasts via push, email, WhatsApp, or SMS depending on your data and settings.

Some notifications may be saved in the in-app notifications page and can be scheduled or targeted to specific users.

33

Ads and sponsored content

Ads may appear in defined website or app placements. Ads are selected according to admin settings and allowed targeting while preserving the user experience and avoiding empty space when no ad matches.

Impressions, clicks, and closes may be tracked in aggregate for ad delivery and reporting without selling your personal data.

34

Account deletion, retention, and logs

You may request account deletion or reactivate within the available period according to app policy. Some data may be deleted, hidden, or anonymized to preserve technical record integrity.

Limited operational logs may be retained for security, audit, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

35

Liability and updates

We work hard to keep Qershnat stable and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or unaffected by third-party delays.

We may update these terms when features or workflows change. Continued use after updates means you accept the latest version.
