Privacy summary

Your privacy matters. We collect and use the data needed to operate your account, sync, notifications, support, security, and the features you choose to use.

We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted providers for hosting, storage, notifications, email, WhatsApp, analytics, secure payments, or AI features when enabled.

2

Account and device data

We may process your name, phone, email, country, language, timezone, default currency, device token, device type, app version, and IP address for operation and security.

Financial data includes wallets, transactions, categories, debts, installments, budgets, goals, subscriptions, bills, and related notes.

This data belongs to the current user or explicitly permitted share links only, and is not shown to another user without a link or permission.

4

Qershnat Helper and bank messages

Qershnat Helper, when enabled and subscribed, processes only the bank SMS or bank-app notifications that you approve so it can detect financial activity and turn it into suggested transactions in your account.

We do not use message or notification content for advertising, and we do not sell or share that content with outside parties. You can turn the feature off or remove permissions from app or device settings.

5

Tasks and lists

When enabled, we may store tasks, lists, custom fields, reminders, attachments, completion state, and linked financial records.

6

Occasions and people

When using My Occasions, we may store people, relationships, dates, photos, greeting messages, reminder settings, and countdowns.

7

When using Ahd, we may process agreement parties, amounts, dates, signatures, payments, comments, and status history.

8

If you share a trust account with someone else, we may process their email or phone, permissions, invitation state, and related notification choices.

9

We may process warranty data such as product name, purchase date, expiry date, seller, photos, receipts, documents, and alerts.

13

Social gifts

We may process people names, phone numbers or notes, ledgers, values, entries, and statistics.

This data is used to create the records, reports, reminders, and sharing that you request.

14

Money circles

We may process circle members, join states, cycles, payments, attachments, and optional links to wallets, occasions, or documents.

15

Public profile and pages

If you create a public profile or links page, we may process public name, image, links, works, services, contact forms, and reports.

Content you publish publicly may be visible to anyone with the link or anyone visiting the public page.

Imported and exported files may contain wallets, transactions, debts, tasks, occasions, attachments, and personal data depending on your choices.

We may record file creation time or file type for security, support, and import quality.

18

App lock

App lock uses your device settings such as passcode or biometrics and local lock state. We do not need to know your fingerprint or face data.

19

Item locks and device privacy

Item locks use local privacy settings to reduce data exposure for selected records on your device.

The app may store local settings to remember protected or hidden items on your device.

20

Widgets

Widgets may use safe local summaries, thumbnails, or shortcuts.

21

Guide videos and tours

Guide videos and tours may store viewing or completion state to improve onboarding and avoid repeating unnecessary steps.

22

When rates are used, we may process base currency, selected currencies, provider data, update time, conversions, or calculations you request.

23

If you use Business, we may process store, service, order, customer, business content, or order-state data depending on the enabled feature.

24

Salefny and optional services

If you use Salefny or an optional service, we may process verification documents, requests, approval states, and repayment history according to service requirements.

25

AI assistant and media

When you use AI or WhatsApp to analyze text, voice, or images, we process only the input needed to extract the requested result, such as amount, date, category, merchant, or receipt details.

A limited, safe context may be sent to an AI provider for accuracy, without exposing other users’ data.

26

Qershnat Hush and temporary links

Hush messages may contain text, image, audio, or video. They are stored with a random code, expiry, view limit, and destruction or revocation state.

We try not to count social preview bots as real views and block content after expiry or destruction.

27

Sharing and public links

Share links may store random tokens, permissions, expiry dates, and limited usage logs to protect access and track authorized actions.

Public links may process user agent and IP address for security and abuse prevention.

28

Attachments and storage

Images, PDFs, videos, audio, or documents you upload may be stored locally or in cloud storage according to system settings. File type and size are validated where possible.

Some files may be retained for record, admin, or recovery purposes unless deleted under the available policy.

29

Notifications and contact channels

We use phone, email, or push device tokens to send OTP, operational alerts, reminders, share notifications, support replies, or admin broadcasts according to your settings.

You can control many notification types inside the app, and admins may manage templates and content.

30

Ads and analytics

We may record aggregate data such as ad impression, click, close, device type, language, country, or placement to operate advertising and reporting.

Advertisers receive aggregated reports only, not personal user data.

31

Payments and advertisers

Secure card data is handled by the payment provider. We do not store the full card number. We may store payment references, receipts, and status.

Advertiser wallets and transactions are recorded as a clear ledger; balances are not changed directly without a corresponding transaction.

32

Offline mode and sync

The mobile app may store local data on your device for offline use. When connection returns, changes sync automatically with duplicate and conflict safeguards.

When connection is weak or unavailable, features that need the internet, such as AI, sharing, or secure public links, may be unavailable temporarily.

33
